Through organising some of the best and most exciting events in the Cambridge calendar, Cambridge RAG is the biggest fundraising society within the University. Each year we Raise And Give up to £150,000 to local, national and international charities by organising some of the most popular student events. From climbing Kilimanjaro to blind dating, from Jailbreaking to shaking a bucket for spare change, we try to make sure all our events provide everyone with loads of fun, the chance of meet some awesome people, and a great story to tell their friends at the end.
Being student run, we're always looking for more volunteers and would love to hear from you. From shaking a bucket for some change in return for free cake to organising some events at college and planning some of the biggest and best events across the whole university (though we may be biased), there's something for everyone.
If that hasn't convinced you, come along to some of our events! This term, not only can you expect to see some of our Jailbreakers running around town on January 27, but there's also that most romantic of days of the year to look forward to - RAG Blind Date! Not only that, but to finish off the term, we have our annual RAG Week starting 25 February, featuring a massive carnival along with the chance to enjoy formals at some other colleges throughout the week. And don't forget to look out for events at your college organised by your college reps!
