Information for Reps

Meetings

General meetings take place every Tuesday of term at 6pm. One representative from every college is expected to attend in order to feedback information to the College committees and collect tickets, forms and poster etc.

If the reps are otherwise disposed another member of their college can be sent in their place. If no one from the college is able to attend apologies must be sent to Steph no later than lunchtime on Tuesday.

Meetings are mostly informal and are supposed to be fun. We try to follow every general meeting with some kind of social be it formal, a meal out, or just down the pub for a drink. Everyone is welcome to join in and we’d love to meet other people from college committees as well as just the reps.

College Events

College Events are one of the most important ways to raise money for RAG, whether they are small events like pub quizes to massive bops or Auctions of Promises. We have set up a wiki of previous events from colleges here, we hope you will find it useful. If you have anything that you think will be of use to people just add it to the wiki and update any events which you use.

Accounts

Remember to email Alex every Wednesday to let her know about transactions on your college account. You need to tell her:

  • College
  • Paying Slip Number
  • Amount paid in
  • What the money was from and a breakdown if from more than one event
  • Tagged or Untagged
  • Date paid in
