Raids

Led by our Raids Team, we run bucket collections, also known as raids, in Cambridge every Saturday for various charities as well as occasional “megaraids” in London. Raids are a major part of what we do and are an amazing way to do your bit for charity with possibilities of collecting up to £1000 in a single day. Not only is this an excellent reason to dress up in amazing costumes (provided for you!), there’s also free cake in the office to anyone who goes out! If you ever find yourself with nothing to do on a Saturday afternoon, even if only for half an hour, come and join us in our office on the New Museums Site – just give us a call (01223 330286) if you need directions.

Having already added £23228.38 to our total for this year so far, we’re looking to do even more this term, hopefully with your help! The charities we’ll be raiding for this term are:

• 25 Feb – Save the Children
• 3 Mar – TBC

Dates for our London megaraids are yet to be confirmed but we’ll update this page when we know! These are great excuses to take a day off, head down to London, shake a bucket for a bit and enjoy yourself – we’ll cover your train ticket, and there might even be a free lunch.
