Information about challenges in 2017!

London to Paris  -Cambridge RAG are teaming up with breast cancer now in a London to Paris cycle! Breast cancer now are the UK’s Largest Breast Cancer Charity – formed out of the merger between Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer. “Really incredible experience, would recommend to all of my friends; best way possible to end my 1st year at uni! Warwick participant, 2016″  The cycle will take place 14th – 17th of July so sign up here!

Boundary Run  -The Boundary Run is a marathon (~26.2 miles) and half-marathon (~13.1 miles) race that takes participants around the boundaries of Cambridge. The course traverses roads, footpaths and trails, and incorporates some beautiful and not-often-seen areas of the city. Hare and Hounds have kindly included an optional £2 in their sign up fee that goes to RAG!

Climb Kili – This year, Cambridge RAG appeal have teamed up with Childreach International, a leading child rights organisation, to summit the tallest free standing mountain in the world. The Challenge is to change your life for the better, and to make a long lasting impact on the lives of many. 9th-19th September 2017

3 Peaks Challenge– Climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours – tackling 36km of walking and 3400m of ascent – all to raise money for RAG’s 10 Charities, which were chosen by the student body at the beginning of this year.

The Climb will take place between July and September depending upon the availability of those interested.
